Spring Bear and Waterfall Tour

SPRING BEAR AND WATERFALL TOUR

Observe our coast awaken on our Spring Discovery Tour!

Join us on our Spring Discovery Tour as we travel to mainland inlets in our covered vessel to see several waterfalls in all of their glory. As we cruise the shorelines, we will keep our eyes peeled for different types of wildlife as they return and awaken from the long winter. Witness sea lions, sea birds, and Orca! View the first Humpback Whales of the season as they make their way back to our northern waters! Look for bears foraging along the shore for crabs, mussels, oysters, and more!

On this 6 to 7 hour tour, we will travel throughout the islands surrounding Campbell River and make our way to the various inlets of British Columbia’s mainland coast, while searching for wildlife along the way.

TESTIMONIALS

The boat captain was wonderfully skilled and committed to finding as many wildlife sightings as he could for us, including a herd of sea lions, sailing with dolphins, distant whale sightings, eagle nests, etc. And he was very knowledgeable, which was fascinating. The tour company also donates to wildlife preservation with part of your purchase, so there is really no downside to going with these guys.

The staff were absolutely excellent and the captain for the day was just awesome - a local with great background knowledge, good sense of humour and a genuine interest in showing us the best experience. On our adventures we saw sea lions, seals, eagles and finished the day with three humpback whales. The tour itself was well organised, everything from adapting the morning to look for whales in their last seen location to a nice home-made lunch, and the scenery was just stunning. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting campbell river!
