- Passenger Sign-In Sheets: At check-in, we collect passenger names on physical sign-in sheets for daily manifest management and operational recordkeeping.
- Grizzly Bear Tour Questionnaires: Guests on Grizzly Bear tours may voluntarily complete a check-in questionnaire to assist with local bear conservation. This data is collected completely anonymously.
- Customer Support Chat: Interactions with our Yonder chatbot collect chat transcripts and any contact details or inquiries you voluntarily provide.
- Automated & Marketing Emails: We use Drip to manage booking-related communications (such as abandoned cart reminders, upsells, and post-tour follow-up messages).
- Website Analytics & Advertising: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) collect technical usage data, including IP addresses, browser types, and browsing activity.
- Children’s Information: Personal information regarding minors (such as names and ages for waivers or passenger safety manifests) is collected strictly from a parent or legal guardian.

- Complete reservations, process payments, issue booking confirmations, and verify passenger check-in.
- Manage digital liability waivers, physical sign-in sheets, and passenger manifests required for marine safety.

- Email Workflows: Contact details added to Drip strictly for transactional communications, abandoned cart reminders, or post-tour follow-ups are automatically cleared from active automation workflows once the sequence ends, unless you explicitly subscribe to our marketing newsletter.
- General Data: We retain booking details, waivers, and financial records only as long as required to fulfill operational, safety, or legal reporting obligations.
- Security: We enforce industry-standard security protections, including SSL encryption, to keep your data secure.
