- Gender-Neutral Bathrooms: We advocated for and helped bring gender-neutral restrooms to our marina.

- Diversity Training: All of our staff, including seasonal team members, participate in regular diversity workshops, with specific training focused on creating safe and welcoming guest experiences.
- Support for the Local 2SLGBTQIA+ Community: We’re actively involved in North Island Pride events, and each year we host an Annual Pride Harbour Cruise. Started in 2023, this cruise has already become a significant community event, raising $1,475 in 2024 alone, with proceeds going to North Island Pride.
