To maintain the authenticity of our program, we kindly ask you to present a valid piece of photo identification, demonstrating residency in Campbell River or any neighboring town (Parksville to Port Hardy) when checking in for your tour.
One membership is valid for one household; please state the number of household members when signing up for the program. The discounts are not transferable to friends and family who are not residing in the area. Everyone who is booked with a membership discount has to present a valid piece of photo ID upon check-in.

Once your application is approved, you will receive two emails. The first will be an automatic confirmation from our booking system, which includes your membership ID. The second email, which may take up to a few hours to arrive, will provide detailed instructions on how to use your membership.
